What I’m looking for:
I’m a 38-year-old guy (turning 39 in December) in Redmond, OR. I have a house, a reliable car, a stable job, and solid income. I’m looking for a girlfriend (age 23–39) who’s open to living with me.
Living arrangement:
Free rent in my house in exchange for being in a relationship with me. Girlfriend-type things I’d want: help with housecleaning, cuddling/snuggling, and regular date nights. We’d have separate bedrooms most of the time, with occasional sleepovers when we both feel like it. This isn’t a pure roommate situation or a sugar arrangement — I’m looking for an actual girlfriend dynamic.
What I bring:
Stable housing (no rent for you), a calm living situation in Redmond, someone who’s already established financially, and genuine interest in spending time together.
What I’d like from you:
Interest in a relationship, willingness to help keep the house reasonably clean, affection/physical closeness (cuddling, etc.), and actually going on dates. Mutual attraction and compatibility matter more than checking every box.
