Exercise guy seeks lady 45-70

I’m an attractive retired guy in my early 70’s but don’t let that deter you from replying. I am a compulsive gym rat, lean and muscular(never steroids) all natural, workout 6 or 7 days a week. I hear it all the time unsolicited comments from people who think I’m in my 50’s. I always been told that I have a pleasant low key personality and excellent dry sense of humor. I’m friendly and not at all into arguing or fighting. I can offer a rent free furnished room in my West Henderson home to a sharp attractive lady. I am still very sensual and affectionate. I have no skeletons in the closet; don’t drink smoke or use drugs. I am a long time small business owner, college educated.
