When to contact us
- You cannot access your account or are not receiving verification emails.
- You believe a listing or user violated Community Guidelines.
- You see suspicious behavior (spam, scams, harassment, impersonation).
- Your relay email flow appears broken (replies not arriving, invalid relay address errors).
- You found a bug affecting posting, login, or browsing.
What to include in your message
- Your account email (if applicable).
- Link(s) to the listing/profile involved.
- Approximate time the issue occurred and your timezone.
- A short description of what you expected vs what happened.
- Screenshots or error text when available.
Abuse and safety reports
For urgent safety concerns, clearly mark your subject line with "Safety Report". We prioritize reports involving harassment, threats, non-consensual content, and illegal activity.
Response expectations
We usually respond within 1-3 business days. Complex moderation or abuse investigations may take longer if we need additional evidence.
